CatRally Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to CatRally (回合猫). The app is provided by Ningxia Zhimafu Information Technology Co., Ltd. (宁夏芝麻福信息技术有限公司). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using CatRally, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

2. App Features

CatRally analyzes table tennis, badminton, pickleball, and tennis match videos on your device, identifies rallies, and helps you create edited videos. Supported sports, export modes, availability, and interface details may change as the app is updated.

The current version may provide AI highlights, full-match rally reels, beat-synced edits, top-rally collections, full-match reviews, decisive moments, target-duration edits, manual selections, and favorites exports.

3. Free and Premium Features

Some basic export features remain available free of charge. Premium exports are available during the premium trial, with an active monthly subscription, or with a lifetime unlock. The features included in each tier are those shown in the app at the relevant time.

The premium feature trial begins when the first video analysis is completed successfully and lasts five days. After the initial trial expires, eligible users may claim one additional three-day extension, measured from the time it is claimed. This in-app trial and extension are not an App Store subscription free trial. They do not create a paid subscription and do not cause an automatic charge.

4. Monthly Subscription and Lifetime Unlock

CatRally may offer the following purchase options. Availability and localized pricing are shown in the app and on the App Store:

Payment for a monthly subscription is charged by Apple to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, the subscription renews automatically. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends. You can view, manage, or cancel the subscription in your device settings or App Store subscription settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Prices, currencies, and taxes differ by country or region and may be adjusted by Apple. Review the system purchase confirmation before completing a purchase.

5. Restoring Purchases and Refunds

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. If you reinstall the app or change devices, use “Restore Purchases” in CatRally to restore an eligible active monthly subscription or lifetime unlock associated with the same Apple Account.

Payments, refunds, billing, and transaction disputes are governed and handled by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple. We do not receive your complete payment-card or billing details.

6. AI Analysis Results

CatRally uses machine-learning models and post-processing logic to identify rallies. Results may contain missed detections, false detections, or imprecise clip boundaries because of camera angle, image quality, obstruction, lighting, court size in the frame, background interference, sport type, and device performance.

CatRally is an aid for organizing and editing videos. We do not guarantee perfect recognition or identical results for every video.

7. Your Content and Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use, analyze, edit, export, and share each selected video. You must not use CatRally to process, create, or distribute unlawful, infringing, malicious, or rights-violating content.

CatRally does not provide copyright-circumvention services. For broadcasts, videos downloaded from platforms, recordings made by others, or commercial footage, you must determine whether your editing, publishing, or sharing is authorized and lawful.

8. Privacy

We process information as described in the CatRally Privacy Policy. In the current version, video analysis takes place on the device and original videos are not uploaded to our servers.

9. Service Changes and Availability

We may update, suspend, or adjust features for product, technical, legal, or operational reasons. We work to keep CatRally stable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on every device, system version, or video.

10. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CatRally is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that AI results will be completely accurate, that exports will meet every subjective expectation, that the app will always be uninterrupted or error-free, that every video can be analyzed or exported successfully, or that a user's publication or commercial use of an exported video complies with third-party rules.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from use of or inability to use CatRally. This section does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on our website or through a relevant in-app link. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
